AMC at Charity Golf Outing to support The Reed Foundation for Autism

Advanced brought its best last Friday at the Preakness Valley Golf Course in Wayne for Backyard Beer Club’s™ 1st Annual Charity Golf Outing to raise awareness and funding for The Reed Foundation for Autism.  The day was packed with raffle giveaways and prizes for accomplishments such as hole-in-one, longest drive, closest to pin, best dressed, and more.  The team had a great time for a great cause.

The REED Foundation for Autism raises funds to support its community partners REED Academy, REED Next and REED Residence, a service of REED Residence.  Community Partners provide individuals with autism access to high-quality education, employment and housing using the methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA, the gold standard of care for autism backed by the CDC and US Surgeon General).

At Advanced Mechanical, we take pride in our work, our families, our pets and our community.  It’s an honor for us to be able to support local youth programs.  AMC proudly contributes to the NJ Crusaders AAU girls’ basketball team and we wish them continued success as they train and take on competition across the tri-state area.  With Mary-Alice Zavocki coaching and empowering her team, these athletes are poised for a strong future in college basketball.

Cheesecake Factory in Rockaway awarded to AMC

We are excited to announce the latest project awarded to Advanced Mechanical Corp.  Working for AireMasters under Bonland Industries, AMC will perform the mechanical piping portion of the HVAC work for a new Cheesecake Factory being built in The Rockaway Town Square Shopping Mall in Rockaway, NJ.   This will be the fifth Cheesecake Factory for which we’ve had the opportunity to be part of the build team.  We are looking forward to getting started and working alongside Bonland’s stellar team.

In the standard Cheesecake Factory fast-track fashion, work is slated to begin in September and be completed by the end of 2017.  As always, AMC strives for executional excellence in our projects with attention to every detail, safety first and on-time completion.

KPMG Renovation Project Awarded to AMC!

It is our pleasure to announce that Advanced Mechanical Corp was recently awarded the KPMG renovation project located at 75 Chestnut Ridge Road in Montvale, NJ.   AMC will be handling the full mechanical upgrade of the 81,000 square-foot building which includes a complete new heating and chilled water system.  KPMG’s recently acquired building in Montvale joins their existing 5 buildings along Chestnut Ridge Road.

Work is beginning this month.  This is an exciting venture for us and we look forward to continuing our partnership with the team at Turner Construction.  Stay tuned for progress updates and pictures!!

Telx NJR3 Expansion Project Awarded to AMC

We are pleased to announce the newest project awarded to Advanced Mechanical Corp.  In partnership with The Martin Group, AMC is performing the HVAC portion of the Telx NJR3 Suite 304 expansion. Work is underway! We are excited to have been given this opportunity and look forward to the finished product and what’s to come.

Hackensack River Bridge

Description: AMC is updating the fuel oil system that feeds the existing generator for the Port Authority station.  It has 6″ outdoor containment piping suspended 400 feet across the bridge.
