Description: This building is undergoing a full renovation to the lobby/atrium area as well as some of the tenant space on all 5 floors.  Advanced Mechanical is performing all HVAC related work including installation of a completely new heating hot water system and adding to the existing chilled water system. We are also upgrading the facility with new fans, radiant heat, fan powered boxes, dual system fan coil units and make up air unit.a 343,000 square foot, five-story office building, featuring a center grand five story atrium.

This is a time critical project that utilized BIM to expedite the install.  The project has a completion date of this December.  See below for progress pics.

AMC awarded Connell Drive project

AMC is pleased to announce our newest project. 200 Connell Drive is a 343,000 square foot, five-story office building, featuring a center grand five story atrium. Located in Berkeley Heights, the building went through a major renovation in 2007 which included a new cafeteria, new landscaping, improvements to the atrium, common areas, rest rooms and elevators. Tenants in the building currently include The Connell Company, Hewlett-Packard and Plymouth Rock Insurance.

The building is now undergoing a full renovation to the lobby/atrium area as well as some of the tenant space on all 5 floors.  Advanced Mechanical will perform all HVAC related work under Turner Construction. This will include installing a completely new heating hot water system and adding to the existing chilled water system. We will upgrade the facility with new fans, radiant heat, fan powered boxes, dual system fan coil units and make up air unit.

This is a time critical project that will utilize BIM to expedite the install.  The project has a completion date of this December. We look forward to working with the Turner team, ensuring attention to detail, safety first and on-time completion.
