Celularity, a biotechnology company, is consolidating its headquarters and moving to a new building in Florham Park, where they will occupy the entire 147k square foot building. AMC is installing a completely new Chilled Water and Hot Water System including 11 new roof top air handling units, 1 air cooled chiller, 1 new chilled water pump house, 3 new boilers, pumps and associated piping and coils.

Celularity, a biotechnology company, is consolidating its headquarters and moving to a new building in Florham Park, where they will occupy the entire 147k square foot building. We are excited to announce that AMC has been selected by Turner Construction as part of the “Dream Team” responsible for renovating the building in time for Celularity to move in and continue on their quest to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

The Dream Team is a reference used by Doug Mac Gorman, the Executive Director of Engineering and Facilities. He compares the group of contractors to the 1992 Gold medal winning USA Basketball Team. This group, who may or may not have worked together before, has come together with a common goal: “bring home the gold” and complete the project within the aggressive schedule presented, to help Celularity get settled in their new home and continue their work saving lives.
