Description: AMC will perform multiple phases of the CyrusOne upgrade. The main project will include the extension of the existing plant adding a new 1400-ton chiller package, associated piping and CRAC units to the 430,000 square foot data center.

Description: AMC will renovate the HVAC System at the Verizon Central Office in Linden, NJ. We are upgrading the Chilled Water System including new chillers, pumps, and cooling coils, along with a new air handling unit with DX coil.

Celularity, a biotechnology company, is consolidating its headquarters and moving to a new building in Florham Park, where they will occupy the entire 147k square foot building. AMC is installing a completely new Chilled Water and Hot Water System including 11 new roof top air handling units, 1 air cooled chiller, 1 new chilled water pump house, 3 new boilers, pumps and associated piping and coils.
