AMC is pleased to announce our newest project! The PSE&G Renovation will take place at PSE&G’s headquarters, located in Newark’s Skyscraper Center on Park Plaza. The 42-story building will undergo a renovation of Floors 12, 14 and 15 plus a new 24/7 cooling system. The renovation includes demo and fit out on all three floors with the mechanical air and hydronic systems supporting the full renovation. The building mechanical systems are comprised of a chilled water plant serving indoor packaged air handling units and outdoor rooftop air handling units which will serve VAV boxes/fan-powered boxes with chilled water and electric heating coils.
