Description: Renovation of Floors 12, 14 and 15 plus a new 24/7 cooling system at the 80 Park Plaza building in Newark. Renovation includes demo and fit out on all three floors. Mechanical air and hydronic systems will support the full renovation. the building mechanical systems are comprised of drycooler plants, glycol distribution piping, pumps, exhausts, indoor packaged air handling units and outdoor rooftop air handling units which will serve VAV boxes and fan-powered boxes with electric heating coils.
