We are happy to announce that AMC has been awarded the Hot Water Piping Underground Project at Princeton University – Hobson College. There is a tremendous amount of work being performed on the Princeton Campus and this is just one of the numerous underground piping projects that needs to be completed. AMC will partner with D’Angelo Bros. to install (2) 28” prefabricated and insulated hot water lines under the road at the college. We can’t wait to dig into this one and look forward to additional opportunities for underground piping projects in the future. 

Hobson College will replace the existing ‘First College’ on the Princeton University campus at Goheen Walk near Elm Drive. Named for donor Mellody Hobson, it is the first college at Princeton named for a black woman. It was the first residential college in Princeton University at the time of its construction in 1962, therefore holding a historic role in the evolution of the Princeton undergraduate experience. The University will raze the buildings and re-use the site for Hobson College.

We look forward to working with the team at D’Angelo Bros., work should start in the next two months and the goal is to finish before the end of the calendar year.
