AMC Awarded NJIT Microfabrication Innovation Center Project

We are excited to announce that AMC has been selected by Gilbane Building Company to perform the mechanical work for the new NJIT Microfabrication Innovation Center. This project consists of the renovation of an existing microfabrication lab facility in Newark, NJ. The clean room will be rehabilitated, the surrounding spaces will all be reconfigured and renovated, and a new entrance will be added.

AMC is responsible for upgrading the mechanical systems including new fans, coils, air valves, unit heaters, air outlets and associated ductwork piping and insulation.

AMC is awarded NJIT Colton Hall Boiler Replacement project

We are excited to announce our latest venture with NJIT in Newark, NJ. We will be working at the Colton Hall Building on a Boiler Replacement project.  We have completed several projects for NJIT and are excited at the opportunity to work with them again.

Work should begin in the next few weeks.

Built in 1911, Colton Hall is one of the oldest buildings on NJIT’s Newark campus. The five story building has tall 14-ft high ceilings as it was originally intended to be a factory. Colton Hall is connected to Campbell and Weston Halls forming the southern part of the complex.
