Description: AMC is replacing the cooling tower, 200-ton chiller, AHUs, pumps and VFDs along with a complete building automation system for NJIT’s microelectronics building.

Description: Redundant primary and secondary chilled water system for critical 24/7 data center. AMC provided new chilled water loop connecting into existing chillers in order to have a redundant piping system in case of failure with the existing pipe. System needed to run on temporary pumps for a period of time while the switchover occurred. We added roughly 4,500 gallons of volume to the glycol system and thousands of feet of pipe.

Description: Tenant fitout with a boiler plant upgrade as well as a new test lab with high pressure steam systems and high pressure compressed air systems. There were a multitude of compressed air systems for various test labs. Ranging from 100 psi to 3000 psi. AMC managed all piping aspects of the job in this 260,000 square foot building. We installed over 10,000 feet of pipe and completed over 20,000 man hours.

Description: Equinix is a Data Center in Newark that required a time-critical upgrade to their mechanical systems including new CRAC Units, Cooling Tower, Roof Pump Package, Heat Exchangers and Pumps. Equinix also upgraded their makeup water system for the cooling towers with 4 new 4,600-gallon water storage tanks and associated controls and pumps.
