This includes leading BIM coordination in conjunction with our sheet metal subcontractor, installation of a new Mitsubishi VRF system including all ductwork and refrigeration piping, new AHU, air valves, high plume fans, humidifiers and more.

Description: Our scope of work includes a complete HVAC System for the new addition along with a new Trane Building Management System to integrate with the existing campus.

This project is part of a $24.7 million project for a 65,000 square-foot expansion upgrade to Passaic County Technical Institute’s Wayne campus. The new academic wing connects the technical institute with the adjacent Passaic County Community College and includes laboratory space designed to focused on biotechnical instruction. 

Verizon Imclone CRAC Units
Location: Branchburg, NJ
Completion Date: April 2024

Description: This data center project will consist of 2 phases. The 1st phase will be a replacement of 8 DX CRAC units and 4 DX CRAC units for the 2nd phase. Each phase will be time critical with the ability to only install and commission one at a time.
