Princeton Hobson College
Location: Princeton, NJ

Description: AMC will partner with D’Angelo Bros. to install (2) 28” prefabricated and insulated hot water lines under the road at the college. We can’t wait to dig into this one and look forward to additional opportunities for underground piping projects in the future.
We are excited to announce the latest project AMC has been awarded: HAX in Newark. Venture capital firm SOSV decided to base its hard-tech startup development program, HAX, in Newark. They signed a 10-year lease on a 35,000-square-foot facility at 707 Broad St.
AMC will be performing the complete HVAC package. This includes leading BIM coordination in conjunction with our sheet metal subcontractor, installation of a new Mitsubishi VRF system including all ductwork and refrigeration piping, new AHU, air valves, high plume fans, humidifiers and more.
The headquarters will anchor a $50 million project that is expected to help develop 100 new startups over the next five years, bringing millions of dollars of capital to New Jersey’s largest city and fueling more than 2,500 jobs over the next 10 years.
AMC is working for Turner Construction on this project – industry veterans and a stellar team of professionals we’ve had the honor of working with for many years. With an aggressive schedule this project begins immediately with substantial completion expected in the fourth quarter.

We are happy to announce that AMC has been awarded the Avis Budget Group Project in Parsippany. Avis Budget Group is moving their headquarters to the new 155,234 square foot office space at LATTITUDE, a 35-acre, two-building campus in Parsippany. Driven by a desire for a modern, diverse work experience, this is the first move for Avis since 2001.
The project is a renovation of 4 floors of tenant space including a full HVAC upgrade. It will incorporate all new ductwork, BMS, VAV boxes, air outlets and split system AC and CRAC units.
We are excited for the opportunity to work on another project with Americon HITT. Progress is underway and expect to be finished by October 2023. Check back for progress pictures!
