Description: Our scope of work includes a complete HVAC System for the new addition along with a new Trane Building Management System to integrate with the existing campus.
This project is part of a $24.7 million project for a 65,000 square-foot expansion upgrade to Passaic County Technical Institute’s Wayne campus. The new academic wing connects the technical institute with the adjacent Passaic County Community College and includes laboratory space designed to focused on biotechnical instruction.

Description: This data center project will consist of 2 phases. The 1st phase will be a replacement of 8 DX CRAC units and 4 DX CRAC units for the 2nd phase. Each phase will be time critical with the ability to only install and commission one at a time.
AMC Awarded BMW Project!
We are excited to announce our newest awarded project: BMW Campus in Woodcliff Lake. This is a tenant fit-out of commercial offices for the Ground, 1st and 2nd floors of BMW North America’s headquarters.
The BMW of North America Headquarters is a 220,000 square foot state-of-the-art, eco-friendly campus, located in Woodcliff Lake. Advanced Mechanical will be handling the HVAC Mechanical upgrades for building 200. The work consists of a new cooling tower, condenser water pumps and associated piping, roof top units, refrigeration split systems, CRAC units, 3,000 feet of new hot water fin-tube radiation including a renovation to the existing hot water system.
AMC has been awarded the project by Turner Construction. We are looking forward to work starting up next month!

Sarah’s Fight for Hope Foundation Annual Golf Outing
Despite the heavy rains, we had a great time supporting the Sarah’s Fight for Hope Foundation on Monday at their annual golf outing. The Black Oak Golf Club never disappoints, and it was great to see old friends and industry partners coming together for such a worthy cause. Ken and Ingrid Crowley have put together an amazing team of volunteers that have raised over $500,000 to enrich the lives of NJ children with cancer and their families. They provide a wide range of programs, guidance, support, and helpful resources, all while emphasizing advocacy and promoting public awareness. When other avenues of help and hope are out of reach, Sarah’s Fight for Hope Foundation steps in during a family’s greatest time of need.
The AMC team is honored to help in these efforts.
