Congratulations to Jason Bryant, who recently received Advanced Mechanical’s Employee of the Year Award! This award is given each year for “outstanding achievement and continuous contribution to the success of our company”.
Jay is a Local 274 Pipefitter who joined the AMC family in 2012 as a 2nd year apprentice. Jay was immediately regarded as an eager-to-learn, motivated pipefitter. Recognizing Jay’s natural leadership qualities, he was quickly promoted to foreman after graduating from his apprenticeship. Since that time, Jay has led countless projects, always with a commitment to safety, quality, and on-time job completion. Both the AMC team and our customers on jobsites agree that Jay shows an exceptional can-do attitude, always flexible and ready to go above and beyond to meet the customers’ needs. He is a team player and has been key to our success on jobs like TelX, Barclays, Sungard, and most recently, Legend Biotech.
In our industry, an employee’s position is less important than his or her performance and dedication. A positive attitude, commitment to safety, and a willingness to support others through teamwork are characteristics that can mean the difference between getting the next job or not.
