SAFETY
The safety of our field workers and customers is not only a top priority but a constant priority. Properly training our team, investing in new equipment and preparing jobsites accordingly helps to ensure the well-being of not only those employed by AMC, but others on the job sites as well. We require rigorous training on a regular basis. We have a current EMR of 0.761, well below the industry average. All employees are OSHA 30 certified. In addition, we implement:
- Health and safety plans for each jobsite
- Proper site preparation before work begins
- Proper and thorough signage throughout job site
- Weekly toolbox talks
- Regular safety huddles in the field specific to each jobsite
- New Employee training focused on safety initiatives
- Employees on staff with First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Employees on staff with Ballistic Wound/Trauma training
