Matthew brings more than 25 years of construction and business experience to Advanced Mechanical Corp. His career began working across nearly every department of a large sheet metal contractor, where he quickly discovered a talent for estimating. As a founding member of Advanced Mechanical, he led the company’s Estimating Department, helping establish the processes and standards that continue to guide our preconstruction efforts today.
While estimating remains a core strength, Matthew ultimately found his passion in project management and operations. Today, as Vice President of Construction, he oversees the successful execution of AMC’s mechanical projects from preconstruction through completion. His leadership emphasizes collaboration across estimating, project management, and field supervision to ensure bids are accurate, projects are well-planned, and customers receive the best value.
Matthew has successfully led projects ranging from $250,000 to $25 million, managing costs, schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and team performance. Known for his hands-on approach and strategic perspective, he plays a key role in shaping the company’s direction while maintaining the practical, solution-oriented mindset that defines AMC’s culture.
Backed by strong credentials and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, Matthew embodies the company’s guiding philosophy: “Let’s Get the Job Done.”
