AMC began out of a small 2nd floor office space in 2005 as a single-man operation. Dave Scheidel, President and founder, was determined to bring a better business model to the industry with fair pricing, safety, top quality project management and hands-on principal participation. He utilized industry connections and employed strong union teams to set the company on a path to growth.
13 years later, AMC still operates under those initial core values… aiming to be the change they want to see and ensuring honest, long-term partnerships with customers and employees. Leaving the 2nd floor space behind, AMC operates out of a 14,000 square foot building with ample warehouse space for tools, equipment and fabrication. Dave recruited a strong partner and a management team who share his vision of being a contractor that stands apart from the rest on every level. This also ensured AMC housed the expertise required to get the job done.
The estimating team has refined our estimating process through collaboration and input from project management and field supervisors. The collaboration of the group ensures reliable estimates which in turn guarantees a successful, profitable job, and provides the Customer with the best possible pricing. This service includes mechanical and wet side bids, budgets, or any other estimating needs.
Our work is completed by experienced union labor executing the highest quality craftsmanship. AMC has bargaining agreements with Locals 274 
Pipefitters, 475 Steamfitters and 9 Plumbers and Steamfitters. We have successfully completed projects of varying sizes from $25,000 to $9 million. We welcome the opportunity to meet new customers and accomplish for you what we have for others in the industry.
